A new production of "HEIDI" opened at the Anhaltisches Theater in Dessau, Germany where it played in repertoire in the 2006/2007 season.

The show was again critically acclaimed:

'by turns, funny, charming and deeply moving',

'wonderful, soaring melodies and sparkling lyrics'.

Sue Mathys reprised her role as Johanna Spyri in Ana Christine Haffter's production. The Anhaltische Philharmonic Orchestra was conducted by Wolfgang Kluge. The remaining principal parts were played by Kai Bronisch- Bernhard, Svenja Kruse- Heidi, Christoph Rosenbaum- Peter,

Manfred Ohnoutka- Alpohi and Silke Wallstein- Rottenmeier.
